About the Cooperative
Founded in 2025, Crestview Cooperative formed via ROC USA's support to secure our community. We united to ensure fair costs and take true pride in our neighborhood, with plans to solve the property issues once ignored by previous owners of the park.

Our resident-owned cooperative is governed by a dedicated board of directors committed to the collective well-being of our community.

The board meets monthly to discuss all matters related to the community, typically on the 4th Thursday of the month. All meeting schedules are posted at the mailboxes at least 7 days ahead of time and in the Facebook group. Board meetings are usually virtual via Zoom but occasionally are held in person when the opportunity arises (typically the annual or in person meetings.)
The board also holds work sessions at least once a month to discuss any projects, to keep up with all management & park issues, and to make sure we're keeping an eye on potential concerns. These meetings are typically scheduled for the 2nd Thursday of the month, but occasionally we have more than one when situations warrant it.
