Our Mission
The mission of Crestview Cooperative is to preserve affordable homeownership through resident ownership, responsible stewardship, and democratic leadership while fostering a safe, welcoming, and financially sustainable community where every member has a voice and an opportunity to help shape our future.
What is a ROC?
A Resident-Owned Community (ROC) empowers homeowners to collectively own and manage their neighborhood, removing corporate or private developer control. This cooperative approach provides more advantages and stability than standard mobile home sites.
